Important Arrival Instructions:

When you arrive at your selected Caddo Office location, please check in at the front desk and let me know you have arrived (via text or a quick call to 972-246-8845). I will come to the lobby to personally greet you and walk you to our private suite.

To help us make the most of our time:

  • For Custom Designs: Please have any inspiration photos, sketches, or budget ranges ready to share.

  • For Heirloom Redesigns: Remember to bring the original jewelry pieces and any existing paperwork, such as appraisals or certificates.

  • For Repairs & Restorations: Please bring the item(s) so I can personally inspect them for an accurate assessment.
