Many people are hesitant to start a custom project because they "can’t draw" or don’t know the technical side of jewelry making.
That is where I come in.
I’m Christel Davel, and I view my role as being the handpiece for your ideas. You provide the inspiration, the memories, and the "dream look," and I use my technical expertise to execute those thoughts into reality. I take the "what-ifs" in your mind and translate them into stunning, photo-realistic 3D renderings.

The most common fear with custom jewelry is: "What if I don't like the finished product?"
I’ve removed that uncertainty from the process. Before a single ounce of gold is melted or a stone is set, I provide you with high-definition 3D digital renderings. These images allow you to see your design from every angle, showing you exactly how the light will catch the metal and how the proportions will look. We can tweak the design together until every tiny detail is perfect.

Digital images are incredible, but I know that in the DFW area, my clients value a "touch and feel" experience.
That is why I offer a unique step in my process: 3D printed models. Once we’ve perfected your digital design, I can provide a physical, life-sized 3D model of your piece. This allows you to:
Check the scale: See how the ring sits on your actual finger.
Feel the height: Ensure the setting is comfortable for your daily life.
Have total confidence: Know exactly what you are getting before we move into final production.
Choose a low-profile setting (like a bezel or flush/rubover setting) so the stone sits close to the finger and doesn’t protrude — greatly reducing the risk of snagging or catching on clothing, gym equipment, or everyday objects.
Smooth, rounded edges and minimal sharp angles make the ring safer and more comfortable for frequent use.
This is not a required step, but can be very helpful.
